What is the returns policy?
Due to the delicate nature of our unique fashion accessories products we do not refund or exchange if damaged due to rough treatment. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If, despite our stringent quality controls, you should receive a faulty product, notify us within 36 hours of receipt and return it to us with all packaging in tact and we will happily exchange it for you.
